about
Possibly Jamie is an electronic pop producer-singer-songwriter based in Glasgow, Scotland. Borrowing the monicker from Bjork's "Possibly Maybe," Jamie is heavily influenced by iconic art-pop performers and electronic producers from the 80's to present day, from Kate Bush and Tori Amos, to Arca and SOPHIE.
Jamie has released a steady stream of singles since 2022, with many fans discovering him online due to tracks like "so you're thinking of breaking up with me" ad "FTDJ." His most recent EP "Male Pattern Narcissism" was released in 2025 to critical acclaim. He is currently working on a larger electronic art-pop debut release for summer 2027, while also serving as producer for other pop artists and performing live across the country.
Thematically, Jamie approaches topics like queer masculinity, apathy, obsession, and heartbreak in the age of the internet, but always with a dark comedic twist that sets him apart from other artists. His live show is an incredible demonstration of his star power and conceptual vision, bringing together his powerhouse vocals, technical musical wizardry, and reactive live visuals to create an unforgettable live experience.
With all of his music self-written and self-produced, Jamie has a unique electronic sound that combines his classical music training and vocal talent with his passion for heavy, distorted electronic sounds and synths.
